WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE BOOK A PICNIC?
FILL OUT OUR INQUIRY FORM
Start by filling out our inquiry form. We want to know more about your preferred date, time, location, occasion, guest count, and color/style preferences. We require at least 48 hours notice for bookings. For weekend requests, we recommend booking 3 weeks in advance because those dates fill up quickly. Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
BOOK YOUR PICNIC
Upon receiving your inquiry form you will be sent our pricing brochure for you to secure options specific to your request. Once availability has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent with a link to pay your deposit. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. We also require a credit card to hold on file for incidentals. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your scheduled picnic date.
we design your picnic
We take your color and style preferences that you filled out on the form (along with any inspiration photos you send) to create your elevated picnic. We select all the materials from our in-house inventory and order florals from our favorite local florists.
confirmation
24 hours prior to your scheduled picnic, you will recieve a confirmation email. This email contains our guidelines as well as specific directions to your picnic location.
picnic day!
A picnic stylist will be waiting for you at your picnic location upon arrival. Please arrive on time to avoid any surcharges. We do not stay on site during the picnic. If for any reason you want to leave before your reservation ends, you must give us a 30 minute text/call notice. Please do not leave our picnic items unattended, otherwise a surcharge will incur.
